These General Conditions of Sale are concluded between on the one hand the company Formes, EI Chloe Casanova (hereinafter referred to as "the seller") registered with the RCS Créteil under Siret 888 126 604, having its headquarters at 119 Avenue du Centenaire, 94210 Saint Maur des Fossés (hereinafter "the seller"), and on the other hand any natural or legal person having made a purchase on the site https://formes_design (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

Any act of purchase on the site https://formes_design (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") automatically entails full and unreserved acceptance of all of these conditions.

Definitions

User: refers to any natural or legal person using the site.

Customer: refers to any User acquiring one or more products through the Site and/or who has a personal account on the Site.

Order: designates the purchasing process of the customer acquiring one or more products via the site.

Personal data: refers to all personal information relating to the Customer provided by him during the Order.

Parties: refers to the users and/or the seller.

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Formes, EI Chloe Casanova and the user and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the site. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, of which the user acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the user declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site will not be intended for a resale activity for commercial purposes, that he acts as a final consumer. On the other hand, he has full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale.

The products offered are those which appear on the Formes, EI Chloe Casanova website, while stocks last. Shapes, EI Chloe Casanova reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the site in the form of a description including its main technical characteristics (color, size). The photographs are as faithful as possible but in no way commit Formes, EI Chloe Casanova. The sale of products presented on the site is intended for all users residing in countries of the European Union.
